Self Care - Beyond Bubble Baths
A Course for Helping Professionals
If you find yourself stressed out, burning out, or exhausted often, join me in examining a different way to define self care. In this webinar, we consider how we can build a life that we don’t need to escape from, and how real self-care (not the fluffy stuff) can get us there. Find out how to avoid the burnout cycle and really enjoy life!
The course is a bit over 2 hours long, because you're encouraged to engage with activities throughout the presentation to make the information useful for you - not just another bubble bath/band aid solution. These 2 hours have the potential to restructure your life... if you let them *wink*
See you in there,
Katherine
